Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Labuchat Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting children is a non-negotiable priority across every part of our service, including voice and video calls, live streaming, chat, and user profiles.

2. Definitions

1. Minor means any person under the age of 18, or under the higher age of majority defined by applicable local law.
2. CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) refers to any act that sexually abuses or exploits a minor, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or solicitation.
3. CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) refers to any visual, audio, or textual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on our service:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, transmitting, or requesting CSAM in any form.
• Sexualizing, grooming, or soliciting a minor through calls, chat, live streaming, or any other feature.
• Impersonating a minor, or presenting characters or content designed to depict minors in a sexual context.
• Linking to, advertising, or facilitating access to CSAE/CSAM on or off the platform.

4. Minimum Age Requirement

This service is available only to users who meet the minimum age set forth in our Terms of Service and applicable law (14 years of age or older; a higher age may apply where required by local law). The Company prohibits account creation by anyone below the minimum age and will immediately remove the account and destroy related personal information once a violation is confirmed.

5. Reporting Mechanism

Any user can report suspected child safety violations directly within the app:

1. Open the report menu on a user, character, chat message, or live room.
2. Select the "Child sexual abuse or exploitation" reason and submit. Reports are routed to our moderation team in real time.

6. Enforcement and Response

When CSAE or CSAM is identified or reported, the Company will:

1. Immediately remove the offending content and terminate the responsible account.
2. Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
3. Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local authorities and hotlines in each operating region.
4. Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

7. Compliance with Laws

The Company complies with applicable child safety and child protection laws in every region where the service is offered, including but not limited to laws of the Republic of Korea, the United States (including reporting obligations to NCMEC), and the European Union.

Supplementary Provisions

These Standards take effect from June 17, 2026. Material changes will be announced through the service.
